Terms of Service

Poopsie Scoopers LLC is an independently/women owned and operated business that provides YEAR-ROUND dog waste removal services to residences, businesses and commercial properties, 

you  (”client “) agree to the following terms of service. (“Terms”) that governa the sales and services provided by us (“ Services”). By accepting  the Services you hire us , you are bound to these Terms.

Poopsie Scoopers offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include 

One Time Clean , Weekly Cleaning, Bi-Weekly Cleaning,

Seasonal Cleaning and Customized Cleaning . Also Twice A Week Or More and Event Cleanings.

All pricing is based on an 1/8 of an acre , flat terrain with one dog. Larger areas, hills or tough terrain and additional pets will have additional charge.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the service area on scheduled scoop days.
• LOCKED / FROZEN / BLOCKED ENTRY or AGGRESSIVE DOGS - will result in a missed service.

and CHARGES WILL STILL APPLY.  (Payment must be made day of skip- if paying pay-as- we scoop option.

The visit will not be refunded, as our time and travel have already been allocated.

May prevent us from thoroughly cleaning your yard.

If we cannot locate or access waste due to grass height or obstacles, we will scoop what is visible.
But NO REFUNDS / CREDITS will be issued for missed waste in tall or obstructed areas.

WE CAN‘T SEE IT , WE CAN’T SCOOP IT.

Poopsie Scoopers operates year round through the rain, light snow and all kinds of Pittsburgh weather as long as we can do so safely.

The customer understands that we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures or accumulation of snow.

• WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CREDITS 

for any Pre- Monthly or Pay-as-we-scoop customers.

for missed days / weeks due weather conditions.

• Customer will be notified via text/ call when this occurs. 

•Customer Understands will do not offer credits/ refunds as WE WILL HAVE TWICE AS MUCH DOG POOP TO CLEAN UP ON THE NEXT SCHEDULED VISIT.

• Any grass that exceeds 6 inches (ankle height) will make it difficult to SAFELY navigate thru and find any poopsies.

There may be holes, ditches toys that the Poopsie Tech can trip over and not be able to see in high grass, leaves.
Also helps keep ticks and pest away.
• Please cut grass accordingly to your scoop day.
• Property must be cleared of any heavy amount of leaves and debris as much as possible.
• Any customer non compliant to terms or multiple skips may result in pause of service.

• During the winter time, please keep driveways, walk ways and steps clear and salted so we can safely access your property. And locks are not frozen.

• Let us know if you add any fur-babies to the family.
We need to be aware of our surroundings and also adjust payments . We do keep note of amount of poop weekly. (We charge by the dog).

• If pet will not be using the yard for a certain amount of time (vacation, boarding etc). Please call/ text 48 hours in advance.
• Any customer that has continuous skips or non compliant to terms, service will be paused or terminated.

• Pay-as-we scoop customers with multiple skips within 3 month time, WILL NEED TO PRE-PAY MONTHLY to continue service Or service termination.

If you are ever unsatisfied or any others concerns, call/ text us and we will make it right.

Poopsie Scoopers LLC  is not responsible for :

•Pets escaping due to faulty latches, loose gates or improper enclosures.

• Damage caused by pets, yard condlotions or hazards outside of our control.
• Removal of any deceased animals or piles of trash , leaf removal.

• Moving furniture, obstructions, crawling under trampolines and decks to remove waste. (We scoop what is visible at arm’s length.

•Missed waste in tall grass , snow covered.

We are responsible for providing professional, respectful service to the best of our ability based on conditions of yard.
