TALL GRASS , LEAVES AND DEBRIS
WE ASK ALL OF OUR POOPSIE CLIENTS TO PLEASE KEEP THEIR YARDS CONTINUOUSLY MAINTAINED .
Why we ask this of our customers
We cannot service your yard thoroughly if :
• Grass length exceeds 6 inches • Any branches , heavy leaves , rocky areas and debris • will make it difficult to find any Poopsies.
Also , so we can SAFELY navigate thru yards . There may be ditches , toys or uneven grounds that we cannot see . And helps keep unwanted pest , ticks away.
We will do the best we can under these circumstances.
We will text / call you about any concerns . However
any continuous issues not attended to and we are still unable to scoop due to non compliance of the above grass policy , you will still be charged and are responsible for the payment for that week(s).
Payments will be due prior to your next scoop day.
WEATHER
POOPSIE SCOOPERS LLC . is a year round dog waste service . We will work through the rain and cold as long as can safely do so . The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms , heavy rainfall , high winds , extreme high or low temperatures , flooding or an accumulation of snow.
When this occurs , you will be notified if cleaning will be missed . Missed scoops will be rescheduled if possible. You will not be CHARGED for scoops that cannot be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
CANCELLATIONS / SKIPS
• Should a customer need to cancel or reschedule , please contact us 24 HOURS in advance via text / call.
• IF NOTICE is not received and we text you that day with a time frame and then you cancel / skip , you will be charged for service. Please be considerate of our time / travel and service.
• Customers that skip services without removing their pet’s waste during that time may be subject to an additional fee due to the amount of waste that has accumulated in between services.
